Cross country

Today is the big day cross country day oh no it is time for year 5 girls. I am so nervous I have butterflies in my

stomach Miss Castle said three two one go I sprinted of and went around the corner and saw Miss Hiku she said you are doing well keep going I boosted past Whiai Ruth she said keep going . I sprinted up to Mrs Mundy I ran up the hill oh no Breeze and Janaya are catching up to me I better run faster I followed the balloons and they led me to the field I ran around the field and over the fence to the back paddock oh no what is that it's something orange with white on it's fur it is chasing me it followed me through the gool past in the tires over the blue beams and I ran through the last goal post yes I came first. But what was that thing chasing me it looks angry I think it's a nyala

Reading- turning plastic into fabric

Next time I would like to read a whole book.

Science Road show 2018

 Today we went to Rose Hill Intermediate, where there was a road show where people learn about science. When Brooklyn first started blowing into the tube it started turning yellow, when she blew air into the liquid she didn't know it  was carbon dioxide.

The worlds baddest pizza

today we tried something new.we marched down to High wire and participated in a rotation.First we played game . Capture the flag and cat and mouse with chairs.

next we made pizza with cheese the teacher was kind enough to make my pizza. Every one else got to make there own I waited closed my eyes  . And in front of me was burger buns with something wigging in there it was worms in hot sauce.

    ugh!!!! yuck I  am not going to eat that thing. I pushed the pizza away

                                                                                                                                     

year 5 and 6 fun day

I enjoyed doing 5 activity's like the building the tents.

 I learnt how to have level pedals and pumping the bike .
